One of the projects designed and built for the government by Hiwa Rauf for Investment and Development (HRID) was a modern office facility for 6 directorates of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, located on the Hawari Shar Road.
Previously the directorates were scattered across the old silo site, thus having all six of them under one roof facilitates the operational work of the Ministry.
The project was completed in August 2014 and cost over 3 Billion IQD to construct.
